- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. minced cooked broccoli
- 3 slices American cheese
Direcciones
- Heat the butter and stir in the flour. Add in the broth and lowfat milk. Cook on medium heat till slightly thickened. Add in the Velveeta cheese and American cheese and cooked broccoli. 4 bowls.
