Receta Broccoli Tomato Pasta

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. White wine
- 1/8 tsp Dry red pepper flakes
- 3 c. Minced broccoli
- 1 c. Minced tomatoes, (up to 2)
- 2 c. Halved cherry tomatoes
- 12 ounce Mostaccioli or possibly other noodle
Direcciones
- In a 3 to 4 qt pan, bring water for noodles to a boil. Add in the noodles, and cook 12 to 14 min, or possibly till done. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
- Add in oil to a large skillet, place over medium heat till warm. Add in garlic and saute/fry 5 min. Reduce heat to low. Add in wine and red pepper flakes, simmering uncovered till the mix bubbles. Add in the broccoli and cover the pan, steaming the broccoli till it is bright green but still crunchy; about 4 min. Stir in the tomatoes and heat through. Combine the vegetable mix with the pasta and toss thoroughly. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
