Receta Broiled Cod Piquant
Ingredientes
- 4 cod fillets (fresh or possibly thawed) (1 1/2 lbs.)
- 1/3 c. low-calorie Italian style dressing
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 T capers
- Paprika
- Parsley sprigs
Direcciones
- Marinate fish fillets in the dressing 1 hour, turning once. Sprinkle both sides with paprika. Broil 3 min on each side. Garnish with lemon slices topped with anchovy fillets rolled around capers and parsley. Makes 4 servings.
