Receta Broiled Steaks With Herbed Cheese Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 x frzn beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick (approx. 4 ounces each)
- 2 x baking potatoes, cut in two
- 6 x lengthwise wedges each
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dry basil leaves, crushed I Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper Salt, if you like

- Cooking Time: 17 to 22 min
- Place frzn beef tenderloin steaks on one side of rack in broiler pan; arrange potatoes on other side. Combine oil, basil and pepper. Brush potatoes with seasoned oil. Place pan under broiler so surface of meat is 5 to 6 inches from heat. Broil steaks and potatoes 17 to 22 min for rare to medium and till potatoes are tender, turning steaks and potatoes once. Remove steaks and potatoes to hot platter. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Season with salt, if you like. 4 servings.
