Receta Brown And White Bread, Melody's (Gluten Free)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound loaf:
- 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast 1 packet
- 1 c. Brown rice flour
- 2 c. White rice flour
- 3 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 2 lrg Large eggs well beaten
- 1 3/4 c. Hot water
Direcciones
- 1) Place all ingredients, except the hot water, in bread pan and press start. While the machine is kneading, gradually pour in the water. If the dough does not mix well, use a rubber spatula it occasionally.
- 2) After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on wire rack , and allow to cold 1 hour before slicing.
