Receta Brown Bag Burritos

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 can Refried beans
- 2/3 c. Enchilada sauce
- 1/4 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
- 20 x Flour tortillas, (7 inches)
- 10 ounce Shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown grnd beef; drain. Add in next eight ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 min. Heat 3 to 4 tortillas in a microwave till hot, about 45 seconds. Spoon 3 to 4 Tbsp. of beef mix down side of each tortilla. Top with 2 to 3 Tbsp. cheese. Roll up. Wrap each burrito in paper towel, then in foil. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Chill. Eat burritos cool, or possibly remove foil and heat paper towel-wrapped burrito in a microwave on high for about 1 minute.
