- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose Gold Medal flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped Heath or Skor toffee candy bars
- Coarse sea salt, to sprinkle on top
