Receta Brown Glazed Pearl Onions

Ingredientes
- 24 x Pearl onions
- 1 c. Beef broth
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1/4 c. Butter
Direcciones
- Peel the onions and brown them in the butter
- Pearl Onions in BalsamicNow, in my recipe. You make an "x" in the base of each onion and boil til just barely tender in water. Saute/fry in butter till they start to get some color. Through on a liberal amount of balsamic vinegar. Cook down to a syrup.
