Receta Brownie in a Mug
A quick chocolate fix when you need it, without making a big mess or having leftovers to tempt you. ;)
Ingredientes
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder (Note: don't use cocoa mix or quik, it shouldn't have any sugar)
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil (Don't use one with a strong flavor, eg olive, sesame, etc)
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Dash of salt
- small handful of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or a little of both
Direcciones
- In the mug, mix the dry ingredients together
- then add the wet and stir just until combined
- drop the chocolate chips in, and fold the sides of the batter up over the chocolate chips so they are covered in the middle
- microwave for about 1 minute, keeping an eye on it so they don't over cook. cook a few seconds less for a more gooey brownie, cook a few seconds longer for drier, more cake like brownies
