Receta Brownies With Cream Cheese Swirl

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce cream cheese room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter - (1/4 stick) room temperature
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 lrg egg
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 ounce sweet baking chocolate minced (such as Baker's German's Sweet Chocolate)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter room temperature
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts

- Make Swirl: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter 8-inch square nonstick baking pan. Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter in medium bowl till light and fluffy. Gradually add in sugar and beat till well blended. Beat in egg. Fold in flour and vanilla. Set mix aside.
- Make Brownies: Stir baking chocolate and butter in heavy small saucepan over low heat till smooth. Cold slightly. Using electric mixer, beat sugar and Large eggs in large bowl till slightly thickened, about 2 min. Fold in flour, baking pwdr and salt. Fold in chocolate mix and extracts. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Spread half of chocolate batter (about 1 1/4 c.) in prepared pan. Using rubber spatula, spread cream cheese mix over chocolate batter. Spoon remaining chocolate batter over top of cream cheese mix. Using tip of knife, gently swirl through batter, forming marble design. Bake brownies till tester inserted into center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, about 30 min. Cold brownies in pan on rack. Cut into squares.
