Receta Bundt Apple Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 apples, peeled and finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 T butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add in large eggs and beat well add in vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients together add in alternately with lowfat sour cream to the creamed mix. Mix in apples. Pour into a greased and lightly floured bundt pan. Sprinkle with this mix before baking:
- Bake 40 min at 375 degrees.
