- 1/2 tsp. fresh cilantro
- juice of 1 lime
- black beans or possibly refried beans (I prefer black)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. guacamole
- 1 c. salsa
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3 c. of lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. Colby cheese
- 2 Tbsp. green chiles
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeno
