Receta Chicken And Bean Burritos

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 1 c. water
- 1 x (1.5-ounce.) package burrito seasoning mix
- 1 x (16-ounce.) can fat free refried beans
- 8 x (10-in.) burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
- 2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or possibly shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
Direcciones
- HEAT vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in chicken; cook for 4 to 5 min or possibly till no longer pink. Stir in water and seasoning mix.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 3 to 4 min or possibly till mix thickens. Stir in beans; cook for 1 to 2 min or possibly till heated through.
- SPREAD 1/2 c. mix on each tortilla. Top with 1/4 c. lettuce, 2 Tbsp. cheese and 1 Tbsp. green onion; fold into burritos.
