Receta Buttered Shrimp
Easy buttered shrimp recipe with a twist ^.~

Ingredientes
- 1/2 Shrimp
- 100g butter
- 1 bulb garlic - minced
- 1 cup clear soda (preferably 7-Up)
- 40g grated cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pepper & salt
Direcciones
- Melt butter on a heated olive oil. Add garlic. DO NOT BROWN the garlic, just when it releases it's aroma, add the shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until it changes color.
- Add soda. This will add sweetness to the shrimp. You may want to add gradually if you don't like it too sweet.
- Add grated cheese. Simmer for 3 minutes or until cheese melts if you use "quickmelt" type cheese.
