Receta Buttermilk Sourdough Pancakes
If you want to begin your fresh air sourdough starter, summer is the time (see link for directions.)
I usually add blueberries to these.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups AP flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup starter, room temp
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- milk to thin if your starter is thick
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Pour in wet ingredients, mix.
- Heat skillet to med.high.
- Pour about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of batter on the griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until golden brown on each side.
