Receta Butternut Snaps

Ingredientes
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. sugar (caster)
- 1 c. flour, plain
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 125 gm butter
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1 tsp bicarb of soda
Direcciones
- Mix oats, sugar, flour and coconut together.
- Heat honey and butter and add in boiling water and soda.
- Add in to dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Spoon tsp. onto greased baking tray and cook at 180C/350F for 12-15 min.
- Serve with afternoon tea.
