Receta Butternut Squash Bread

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. squash, sweet potato or possibly pumpkin; baked and mashed
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 2/3 c. nuts; optional
- 2/3 c. raisins; optional
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar till fluffy. Stir in large eggs, squash and water. Blend dry ingredients into creamed mix. Bake in two 9 x 5 x 3 inch greased and lightly floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.May also make muffins.
