- 1 (11 oz.) package butterscotch chips, divided
- Ingredients for the butterscotch ganache:
- 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 6 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- Ingredients for the chocolate ganache:
- 4.5 ounces bittersweet chocolate (I used 60%), chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
