  • 1 lb Chicken leg or possibly thigh meat Cut in bite size chunks
  • 4 ounce Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Powdered ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2 Tbsp. White wine

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pcs in a bowl.
  2. Cover and chill (stirring often) for several hrs (best overnight).
  3. Bake chicken at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 min. Remove chicken. Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into a frying pan.
  4. Heat, and add in 2 Tbs. white wine. Stir and add in chicken.
  5. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
