- 4 Tbsp. Garlic oil
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Grated parmesan Salt and pepper -- to taste
Direcciones
- Slowly pour oil into egg yolk while whisking. Slowly whisk vinegar into egg mix. Whisk in remaining ingredients. If dressing is too thick, thin it down with a little water 1 tsp. at a time.
