Ingredientes
- 9 c. Romaine lettuce, in bite size pcs
- 1/2 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Anchovy paste
- 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese, *
Direcciones
- * Original was 1/2 c. parmesan cheese. You may also try the nonfat parmesan cheese.
- Blend 1/2 of the parmesan cheese and all remaining ingredients, except the lettuce, till smooth. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss well. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and toss again.
