Receta Cajun Fried Fillets

Ingredientes
- 1 lb fillets
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. flour or possibly pancake mix
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Mix flour, lowfat milk, and egg in a small bowl. Mix cornmeal, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in another small bowl. Dip fillets in wet mix to completely wet surface, then roll in dry mix. Fry fillets in oil in a medium sized skillet till both sides are golden. Serve with with pepper or possibly tobasco
