Receta Cajun Fried Catfish

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 x catfish fillets Vegetable oil for frying Tartar sauce for serving
Direcciones
- In a bowl combine the cornmeal, flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic pwdr. Pour mix onto a pie plate. Coat the catfish fillets with mix, shaking off excess.
- Fill a 12-inch skillet half full with vegetable oil and heat it to 350 degrees. Add in fillets to oil and fry till golden, about 5 to 6 min.
- Put the fillets on serving plates, add in a spoonful of tartar sauce, and serve.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
