Receta Cajun Peppered Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 lb raw shrimp -- peeled
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clv garlic -- minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano -- crumbled
- 2 x green onions -- minced
Direcciones
- Slit backs of shrimp and remove veins. Place shrimp in bowl, add in Worcestershire sauce and wine; turn and baste thoroughly. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet; add in garlic and cook till glazed, about a minute. Meanwhile, lift shrimp from sauce (reserve remaining mix). Combine dry seasonings on waxed paper. Roll shrimp in seasonings, pressing to coat. Add in shrimp to pan and cook 2 min over high heat. Add in green onions and cook 2 min longer. Remove to serving dish. Deglaze pan with reserved Worcestershire sauce and wine mix; pour into small bowl, and serve as dipping sauce for shrimp.
