Receta California Garlic Soup Fondue

Ingredientes
- 40 x Cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 can 10 3/4 ounce. ea chicken broth
- 2 can Water
- 1/2 c. Extra dry champagne
- 4 slc French bread
- 4 slc Gruyere cheese Cayenne pepper Chopped chives
Direcciones
- Saute/fry garlic in butter for 10 min, stirring often. Don't brown. Add in broth, water, champagne and simmer 5 min. Toast bread. Ladle soup into bowls. Float bread on top of soup, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 475 degrees, uncovered, for 15 min. Sprinkle with cayenne and chives.
