Receta California Salsa
Ingredientes
- 2 lg. fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
- 1 T cilantro, finely minced
- 1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- In bowl, put together tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well; taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Cover and chill till 20 min before serving. Salsa will keep for 3 days.
