  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. diced canned tomatoes
  • 1 lb hard white fish fillets (flounder, haddock or possibly halibut), cut into
  • 2 x " pcs
  • 4 c. warm cooked linguine

Direcciones

  1. HEAT margarine in skillet. Add in onion and cook till tender. Add in soup, lowfat milk and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Add in fish. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. or possibly till done. Serve over linguine.
