- 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 1 med onion, minced
- 1 can Campbell's(r) Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. diced canned tomatoes
- 1 lb hard white fish fillets (flounder, haddock or possibly halibut), cut into
- 2 x " pcs
- 4 c. warm cooked linguine
Direcciones
- HEAT margarine in skillet. Add in onion and cook till tender. Add in soup, lowfat milk and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Add in fish. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. or possibly till done. Serve over linguine.
- Serves 4.
