Receta Canapes With Lemon Herb Glaze

Ingredientes
- Pumpernickel bread with cream cheese and sliced smoked salmon Buttered salty rye with sliced egg and caviar Salty rye with horseradish, chili sauce, tiny shrimp
- 1 2/3 c. Water
- 1/8 tsp Peppercorns
- 1/2 x Bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Dry dill
- 1 pkt (3-ounce) lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
Direcciones
- Place on a rack and top each canape with 2 to 3 Tbsp. Lemon-Herb Glaze.
- Lemon-Herb Glaze: Bring water to simmer; add in pepper corns, bay leaf, and dry dill. Cover, and simmer for about 10 min. Strain. Dissolve gelatin, salt, and cayenne in the warm liquid. Add in vinegar. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Spoon mix over canapes.
