Receta Candy Bar Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/3 c. Baking cocoa
- 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 30 x Caramels, unwrapped
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 2 c. Salted peanuts
- 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk chocolate chips
Direcciones
- In a microwabe safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and lowfat milk.
- Micorwave on high 'til mix boils (3 minutes or possibly longer). Stir in confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. In another micro safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and water.
- Heat on high till caramels heat - about 2 min. Stir in peanuts and spread over fudge layer. Microwave chocolate pcs and chips till melted
- (1 1/2 min or possibly so). Spread over caramel layer. Refrigeratetill hard.
- Make 2 3/4 pounds of fudge. Keep refrigerated till eaten.
