Receta Caramel For Cinnamon Rolls

- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 T water
- 1 T white vinegar or possibly 1 teaspoon dark vinegar
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix together in saucepan. Boil 1 minute. Makes sufficient for 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans of rolls. May be kept in the refrigerator.
