Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef; 1 1/2 lb Mild pork sausage; 1 x Onion -- minced; 1/2 x Bell pepper -- minced; 1 x Rib celery -- minced; 1 can Cream of mushroom soup; 1 can Cream of celery soup; 1 can Cream of chicken soup; 1 1/2 c. Raw rice

Ingredientes

1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
1 1/2 lb Mild pork sausage
1 x Onion -- minced
1/2 x Bell pepper -- minced
1 x Rib celery -- minced
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Raw rice

Direcciones

Saute/fry grnd beef, pork sausage, and then pour off drippings. Saute/fry onion, bell pepper and celery. Add in all cream of mushroom soup, celery soup, chickensoup and rice. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
Tastes just like maw-maw's homemade dirty rice.
