Receta Caramelized Banana

Ingredientes
- 1 x banana under-ripe
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 pch grnd cinnamon (1 to 2)
- 1 Tbsp. rum (optional) or possibly brandy or possibly sherry
Direcciones
- Slice banana in half lengthwise and arrange in a shallow oval baking dish or possibly gratin. Dot with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. If you like, drizzle with rum, brandy, or possibly sherry.
- Bake 8 min in a preheated 450 degree oven, or possibly till sugar caramelizes and is bubbling. Cold sufficient to avoid burning your tongue, then eat.
