Receta Caramelized Pears

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Brandy
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 x Pears, peeled, halved, cored, sliced
Direcciones
- In a saute/fry pan on medium, heat the butter then stir in the sugar. Simmer, stirring occasionally till it begins to turn golden and caramelized.
- Add in brandy and lemon juice to the pan and simmer to incorporate. Add in pear slices and cook slowly to tenderize and caramelize.
- Yield: 4 servings
