Receta Caraway Cabbage With Potatoes And Sausage

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or possibly oil
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 med Head Savoy or possibly green cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 4 med Red potatoes, scrubbed and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Caraway seed
- 1/2 c. Beef or possibly chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. Red-wine vinegar
- 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Warm-sweet mustard Salt and pepper

- In a large skillet, heat the butter. Add in the onion and cabbage and cook till wilted. Add in the potato, caraway, stock, and vinegar. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 12 min. Add in the sausage and cook, uncovered, for another 6 min. Stir in the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
