Receta Carne a la Gringo

Ingredientes
- 4 pork steaks
- 1 bottle Mexican beer
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbls. garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbls. chili powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Tbls. cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup salsa
- 2 Tbls. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Salt and pepper steaks.
- Heat vegetable oil in a fry pan and sear pork steaks on each side.
- Remove excess oil and add beer, then add cumin, chili powder, crushed garlic and salsa.
- Simmer until tender and sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with hominy, (mexican corn) or black beans.
