  • 2 lb Grnd round
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 16 ounce Tomato sauce Lowfat milk Onions, minced Green pepper, minced Bread crumbs Salt & pepper Onion salt Garlic salt

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs with a little bit of lowfat milk in bowl. Add in [1] can tomato sauce and beat. Add in onions, pepper and squish meat with hands through all this mess
  2. (wash hands first). Add in salt, pepper, etc. to taste. Add in a few bread crumbs to hold it all together and pat into a loaf. Place loaf in electric frying pan - with a little oil. Pour over remaining tomato sauce. Cook about 1-1/2 hrs at 325 .
