- This treasured recipe from my sister-in-law makes a lovely cold summer dessert which "melts in your mouth." 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, NOT melted together above ingredients and pat into a well- greased 9" by 13" pan. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Allow to cold. 1 (8 ounce.) package cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip thawed and divided in half 1 c. powdered sugar In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, half the Cold Whip and powdered sugar. 2 Packages coconut cream instant pudding 3 c. lowfat milk In a large mixing bowl, mix together as directed on package. Then spread proportionately over cream cheese layer. Remaining Cold Whip (half the original amount) 1/2 c. shredded coconut Spread remaining Cold Whip proportionately over pudding layer.
- Then sprinkle with coconut. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- Makes 2 dozen 2"by 2" squares.
