Receta Carol's Fudge Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. self rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. liquid shortening
- 4 T cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 T cocoa
- 6 T lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix butter, oil, cocoa, and water in boiler and bring to boil. Put together flour, sugar and stir. Pour liquid mix into dry mix and add in egg and beat. Put soda in buttermilk and add in to mix and beat. Add in vanilla and beat well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and lightly floured pan. Cook at 400 degrees 35 to 40 min. Top with frosting while hot.
- Prepare 10 min before cake is done. Put together in pan and heat. Add in 1 box powdered sugar and mix well till smooth. Pour over hot cake.
