Ingredientes
- 1 kg beef, fillet
- 4 slc bacon
- 16 x oysters
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp mustard, French
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice salt, pepper
Direcciones
- Combine oysters with a marinade of worcestershire, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl and mix to coat.
- Insert a sharp knife into the side of each steak to create a pocket.
- Stuff 4 oysters and some marinade into each steak and wrap each steak with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Grill or possibly pan fry to desired degree of doneness.
- Serve with Bearnaise sauce.
