- 3 c. shredded carrot
- 1/2 c. Low-Calorie Cooked Dressing (see recipe)
- 1/3 c. seedless raisins
- 1/4 tsp salt Sugar substitute equal to 6 tspns sugar Lettuce leaves as needed

- Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, thoroughly. Cover bowl. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly longer before serving. Serve on crisp lettuce.
- This recipe yields 9 servings.
- Serving size: 1/3 c. lightly packed (1/9 recipe).
- Note: Low-sodium diets: Omit salt and prepare the Low-Calorie Cooked Dressing without salt.
