- 1/2 c. unprocessed Bran
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice

- Put together and mix well. 2/3 c. orange juice 1/3 c. raisins 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 eggCombine.
- Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing just till the dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Let stand for 5 min. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min, till golden. Yields 10 muffins.
