Receta Carrot Cake (Wheat Free, Gluten Free)

Ingredientes
- 1 x and 1/2 c. rice flour
- 1 c. castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 c. grated carrot
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
- Grease 20cm x 10cm (8" x 4") loaf tin and line bottom with grease proof paper.
- Sift flour, sugar, salt and bicarbonate of soda in a large bowl.
- Add in pineapple, carrot, Large eggs, oil and vanilla essence.
- Beat till combined.
- Stir in the nuts.
- Pour into prepared loaf tin and bake for 60 - 70 min.
