Receta Apple Walnut Cake (Wheat Free, Gluten Free)

Ingredientes
- 2 c. raw apple cut into small cubes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. raw sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 x and 1/2 c. rice flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 pch salt
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
- Grease 20cm (8") cake tin.
- Lightly beat Large eggs.
- Combine apple, Large eggs, sugar, oil, walnuts and vanilla.
- Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
- Add in flour mix to apple mix.
- Mix well.
- Pour into prepared tin.
- Bake for approximately 60 min.
