Receta Carrot Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Shredded carrots
- 1 3/4 c. Quick cook rolled oats
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine the flours, lowfat milk pwdr, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Cream together the shortening, sugar, and molasses; add in the egg, then the dry ingredients. Stir till well blended. Add in the carrots, vanilla, and oats, and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10-12 min. or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on wire rack.
- Calories: 46, Fat: 1/5. Isn't thisgreat!! However, you do have to "clean" the recipe up a bit....but boy, which is better than printing it out and typing the whole thing in!!!
