Receta Carrot Pecan Cake And Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 c. raw carrots, grated
- 1 c. pecans, finely minced
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/3 stk margarine
Direcciones
- Cake:Combine oil and sugar; mix well. Sift together remaining dry ingredients.
- Sift half of dry ingredients in sugar mix and blend. Sift in dry mix remaining and Large eggs (one at a time) alternating them into sugar mix, mixing well after each addition. Add in carrots and mix. Add in pecans and pour into a lightly oiled pan (13 1/2x9-inches). Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
- Frosting:Beat all ingredients till creamy and spread on cooled cake.
