Ingredientes
- 4 x -6 medium potatoes, cooked & whipped
- 1 lb Carrots, peeled, cooked & mashed
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream (can be low-fat)
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 c. Grated cheddar cheese lofat
- 1 x Pat of butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Mustard Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix carrots and potatoes together. Add in remaining ingredients. Bake till hot. Can chill overnight or possibly freeze (allow to come to room temperature before baking).
