  • 1 lb Carrots, peeled, cooked & mashed
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream (can be low-fat)
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/2 c. Grated cheddar cheese lofat
  • 1 x Pat of butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Mustard Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix carrots and potatoes together. Add in remaining ingredients. Bake till hot. Can chill overnight or possibly freeze (allow to come to room temperature before baking).
