Receta Carrots In Vermouth

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Carrots sliced thin, or possibly cut julienne
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil or possibly butter
- 1/4 c. Sweet vermouth
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Heat a frying pan and add in the carrots and butter or possibly oil. Saute/fry till they just begin to brown. Add in the vermouth and simmer for 5 min, uncovered. Stir them often. Check for salt and pepper. Little should be needed. Garnish with the minced parsley.
