Receta Castle Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes
- 10 x White Castle hamburgers
- 3 lrg Green peppers
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 dsh Tobasco (R) sauce
- 1 jar of your favorite salsa
Direcciones
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise and core. Chop up hamburgers and fold in Large eggs, chili pwdr, cumin and Tobasco. Stuff peppers and place in baking dish. Top with salsa and cover. Bake at 350 deg F. for 45 min.
