Receta Catfish With Green Tomato Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 pound catfish or possibly other lean white fish (cut into 4 serving pcs)
- 1/2 c. prepared chunky salsa
- 2 tomatillos or possibly green tomatoes (minced)
- 1 T cilantro (minced) or possibly Chinese parsley plus sprigs for garnish
- 2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd coriander
- 4 lg. flour or possibly corn tortillas (optional)
Direcciones
- Pat fish dry with paper towels. Arrange in an 8 inch square glass baking dish so which pcs are toward the sides of the dish. Put together salsa, tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice and coriander. Spoon mix over fish. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Rotating dish midway through cooking, microwave on high 3 to 4 min, or possibly just till fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serves 4.
