Receta Cauliflower And Green Bean Stir Fry With Oyster Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 sm cauliflower head - (abt 1 1/4 lbs) trimmed, and cut into bite-size florets
- 4 ounce fresh green beans cut 1 1/2" pcs
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 pkt sugar substitute
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 x garlic clove pressed
- 3 x green onions minced
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Direcciones
- Steam or possibly boil cauliflower and green beans 6 to 7 min, till tender; drain. Place in a large bowl, add in soy sauce and sugar substitute; toss to coat.
- Heat oil in a wok or possibly large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in ginger and garlic. Stir-fry till fragrant, about 15 seconds. Add in Green onions. Stir-fry till green onions soften, about 2 min. Add in cauliflower and green beans; mix well. Add in water and oyster sauce; bring to a boil. Cook 1 to 2 min. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with almonds.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: To turn this side dish into a main course, add in very thin strips of beef or possibly chicken with the ginger and garlic. Oyster sauce is available in the Asian food section of most supermarkets.
